It can be a stressful thing to make a purchase online – don’t fret. The team of experts is here to make your jewellery purchase journey smooth as silk. We do our best to make your shopping experience accurate through 3 ways:
1. Accurate photos: Our photos are all taken with an IPhone 12 and in daylight. This is the best to see natural jadeite – in natural sunlight. All photos are taken by the window and shot as detailed and accurately as we possibly can. If you need more photos or videos, feel free to reach out to us at our various platforms! 2. A viewing appointment: For our overseas customers, we will do our utmost best to show you various photos and videos of the products you’re interested in. For local customers, casual meet up for us to have a word with you as well as to show you the products that you want to see is possible. You can physically touch the products, feel the smoothness of each piece and have your very eyes light up! Viewing appointment slots are subject to availability. Whatsapp us so that we can have a chat and know your taste and style better to recommend you the most suitable product – from casual to wedding or dinners and parties.
3. Our ‘Live’ sessions: each weekend, there will be 1 live session either on Facebook or Instagram. With that, we aim to showcase some of our current products as well as to interact with all our fellow Jadeite lovers. From there, we can show you what you’re interested in and further explain the product to you so that you have the best knowledge of your purchase. Buy with comfort. With all these, we also can do a Nanyang Gemological Institute certificate upon buyer’s request. The reputable NGI will certify each product is of natural original with no chemical enhancement. We look forward to hearing from you.
